Watkins Glen School district - bullying lawsuit

This lawsuit filed in January alleges the Watkins Glen School District neglected to adequately supervise a student in their care who had repeatedly threatened violence against another student, resulting in the victim's severe injuries when a violent attack took place with no intervention for a long period of time.
